Lois N. Rosen

Lois N. Rosen, of counsel to the litigation department, focuses her efforts on the firm’s federal and state appellate and motion practice. During her more than thirty years of practice, she has advised clients on matters relating to commercial litigation, real estate transactions (including leasing and complex mortgage refinancing), and municipal law. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, and also served as in-house counsel for a holding company with diverse real estate interests. Ms. Rosen is a 1976 magna cum laude graduate of Brown University and graduated from New York University School of Law in 1979. While at NYU, she served as associate editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. She served on the Board of Directors of the NYU Law Alumni Association from 2005 to 2009 and has continued to serve as an associate director since that time.
