Patricia M. Mulligan
Patricia M. Mulligan, Esq. is of counsel to the Firm and has been practicing Labor & Employment Law for over a quarter century, handling complex cases in both Federal and State courts, as well as before administrative tribunals, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, the New York State Department of Labor, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Office of Administrative Trials & Hearings.
Ms. Mulligan has held distinguished positions during her decades long practice in the area of Labor & Employment law including Director of Equal Employment Opportunity for the New York City Department of Correction, service on a New York City Mayoral Task Force on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, and service on a Gubernatorial Round Table on matters of gender discrimination. Ms. Mulligan has also been called upon to testify before a U.S. Congressional Subcommittee examining the impact of attorney representation on cases pending before the New York State Division of Human Rights.
Ms. Mulligan also lectures frequently on labor and employment law matters, addressing Chambers of Commerce and other business groups on timely issues impacting the workplace.
Ms. Mulligan earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice at the State University of New York College at Buffalo, and her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law.
